- Business Model Integrity: Our platform enables sellers to keep 100% profit by maintaining efficient, non-reversible transactions
- Product Nature: Many of our products are sourced specifically for resale purposes with tight margins

Before making a purchase, please ensure:
- You have carefully reviewed all product details, specifications, and images
- You have verified shipping addresses and contact information
- You understand the product is intended for resale purposes
- You are committed to the purchase and cannot change your mind after payment

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we do provide protection in specific, limited circumstances:
2.1 Defective or Damaged Products
You MAY be eligible for a replacement or credit if:
- The product arrives significantly damaged due to shipping
- The item has a manufacturing defect that affects functionality

- Parts or components are missing from the package
2.2 Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship you the wrong product due to our error, we will:

2.3 Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is:
- Lost in Transit: We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or credit
- Stolen After Delivery: This is not covered by our policy; we recommend filing a police report and checking with your homeowner's/renter's insurance
- Delivered to Wrong Address: If you provided an incorrect address, this is not covered; always double-check shipping information
3. How to Report Issues
If you believe your order qualifies for one of the exceptions above, follow this process:

Take clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or wrong item. Include packaging, shipping labels, and all contents.

Include: Order number, tracking number, detailed description of the issue, and all supporting photos/videos.

Our team will review your claim within 24-48 business hours and determine eligibility for replacement or credit.

Resolution
If approved, we'll provide instructions for return (if needed) and ship a replacement or issue store credit.
4. Time Limits for Claims
Strict Time Requirements:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong Item Shipped: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost Packages: Must be reported within 7 days of expected delivery date
- Missing Components: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Claims submitted after these timeframes will not be accepted.
5. What We DON'T Accept as Grounds for Refund
The following situations are NOT covered under any circumstances:
5.1 Buyer's Remorse
- Changed your mind about the purchase
- Found a better price elsewhere
- No longer need the product
- Made an accidental purchase (without contacting us immediately)
- Decided not to pursue reselling
5.2 Normal Wear or Cosmetic Issues
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that don't affect functionality
- Natural variations in color, texture, or finish
- Minor scratches or marks acquired during normal shipping
- Packaging damage that doesn't affect the product itself
5.3 Subjective Preferences
- Product doesn't match personal expectations
- Don't like the color, size, or style after receiving it
- Product specifications were clearly listed but you didn't review them
- Assumed features that weren't explicitly stated
5.4 External Factors
- Your customer (if reselling) rejected the item
- Your resale platform has different return policies
- Market prices changed after your purchase
- Shipping delays due to carrier issues (not lost packages)
- Customs fees or import duties for international orders
5.5 User Error
- Provided incorrect shipping address
- Failed to pick up package from delivery location
- Ordered wrong quantity or variant
- Didn't read product description or specifications
6. Order Cancellations
6.1 Before Shipment
Due to our rapid order processing system, cancellations are extremely difficult. However:
- Contact us immediately at support@marketplaceplug.com if you need to cancel
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation
- We will attempt to stop the order if it hasn't been shipped
- Success is not guaranteed - most orders ship within 24 hours
- If we can cancel, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
6.2 After Shipment
Once shipped, orders CANNOT be cancelled or returned.
Tracking information will be provided, and the order will proceed to delivery. Our no-refund policy applies in full.
7. Store Credit Policy
In rare cases where we approve a claim, we may offer store credit instead of a replacement. Store credit:
- Can be used for future purchases on MarketplacePlug
- Does not expire unless otherwise stated
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Is non-transferable to other users
- Will be applied to your account within 3-5 business days

- Significantly faster claim resolution for covered incidents

11. International Orders

For international shipments, please note:
